Clayton Mann has managed to inject Rock-N-Roll into Country Music. The young Chicago native transplanted to Nashville two years ago bringing his hard-charging rock inspired background with him. Extremely talented yet grossly underaged, Clayton began cutting his musical teeth in the dive bars of Chicago at just 11 years old. Professionally trained on guitar, Clayton is influenced by outlaw country Waylon Jennings and Johnny Cash overlayed with rock-n-roll influences Guns-N-Roses, AC/DC and KISS. Pepper in some bluesy BB King and Elvis Presley, and Clayton Mann manages to fade genre to the back and place live music back on the map.
Catching the attention of talent buyers, Clayton is performing on the 2021 rescheduled Country Fest Wisconsin and Heartland Stampede in Kansas supporting acts such as Kane Brown and Toby Keith. He has also performed at iconic venues such as the Whisky-a-Go-Go on Sunset Strip, The MGM Grand Las Vegas, the Hard Rock Chicago to Music Row Nashville. When not on tour with his band at national honky tonks and festivals, Clayton is a regular performer at Tootsies Famous Orchid Lounge, Kid Rock's Honky Tonk or Rippy's Bar down on Broadway, Nashville.
Clayton is a prior winner of Most Talented Teen Chicago and is a current member of The Recording Academy.
The Nashville Rising Star carries the powerful range of a tenor with enough baritone on the deep end to make your spine crawl. With his deep, soulful voice, yet still sweet on the high notes, Clayton Mann possesses an old-school charm and stage presence that evades most new artists of today. Be ready for a high-energy performance of some down-home country music - peppered with a little bit of soul and some rock-n-roll! You won't want to miss this up-and-coming artist!
